Felicia Allen serves as Ascend’s Partner and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Allen joined Ascend in March 2000. Prior to joining Ascend, Ms. Allen worked at Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President in the Private Client Group. Before her tenure at Merrill, she served as a Human Resources Specialist for Prudential Securities, Inc. Ms. Allen currently serves on the board of directors of Queens Theatre. Ms. Allen received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
